• Pay Tuition fee balance
• Sign the SSP19 Participant Contract
• Purchase Health and/or Travel Insurance
• Apply for a visa (if applicable)
• Make travel arrangements
• Fill the SSP Logistics Online Form (picture, bio, travel, etc.)

To enter the country (and some of the facilities during the profesionnal visits):

• Passport valid through your entire stay and six months
• Visa (if required)
• Return travel ticket
• Address of where you will be staying

To bring to registration:

• Passport
• Visa (if applicable)
• Proof of insurance in English
• Signed SSP19 Participant Contract (if not already sent)

Important Note: Your tuition fees must be fully paid to complete the Registration.
